Flash Coder/Designer for cutting-edge online Rich Media

Description:
The Flash Coder/Designer will be responsible for integrating and assembling cutting-edge online Rich Media advertising units in Macromedia Flash for integration into the EyeWonder serving system. He/she will ensure all corresponding creative assets; instructions and deliverables meet standards and client deadlines. The ideal candidate is an experienced and extremely efficient Flash/Actionscript developer and will possess strong design and multimedia skills Requires the ability to work independently as well as thrive in a fast-paced team oriented environment. We need someone comfortable working and educating new clients with our technology and handling/managing various projects simultaneously. You should have a passion for design, problem solving, technology, and client education.

Reports to: Lead Designer

Responsibilities:
•Design and troubleshoot rich media interactive ad units and interactive projects in Flash.
•Work on multiple projects and guarantee on-time delivery to ensure campaign objectives are met.
•Proactively participate in the development and implementation of design process improvements and campaign enhancements.
•Continuing to learn emerging technologies, advertising and graphic applications.

Education:
•College Degree (or higher) in related field or equivalent field experience

Essential skills and experience:
•1-2 years of online or interactive agency experience
•Creative and comfortable learning and using new technologies. Should possess strong client interaction skills.
•Solid understanding of the online advertising, rich media and video industries.
•Exceptional creative skills and outstanding attention to detail in both graphics and backend functionality.
•Independent problem solving abilities, out of the box thinking
•Ability to adhere to strict deadlines for a project from start to finish.
•Strong attention to detail and high level of organizational skills.

Technology Experience:
•Comfortable writing, using and troubleshooting ActionScript 2.0. Experience with ActionScript 3 a definite plus.
•Other programming and development experience definitely a big plus.
•Strong experience in Macromedia Flash
•Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
•Ability to work with JavaScript and HTML
